Confusion in selling website

Dear members,

Currently, I have 3 Domains, 2 are Adsense approved.

1st Website - Hindi ( Adsense Approved, Started in 2021, 200Articles, India Traffic/daily 200[before update it was 800] )
2nd Website - English ( Adsense Approved, Started in 2022, 5 Articles, No Traffic )
3rd Website - English ( Not Approved Adsense, Started in 2023 Oct, 60Articles, USA Traffic 80 [before update it was 200] ).

My 1st website Started in 2021 Nov in the Hindi language.

I generated money from January 2023 Jan to April 2023 with the Help of Web stories.
However, after April 2023, It never generated money. So I decided to earn through blogs. Now the website has 200 + Articles daily traffic 200. Monthly income 1-2 $.

The Second Website Story :

On 31 2022 August I purchased a domain and got Adsense approval on 14 Nov 2022 however I got busy with my Mechanical Engg job So I could not work on the website. I renewed the domain and now I am Stuck what should I do with the domain?

The third Website Story: USA Traffic
I purchased this domain from my friend in August 2023 and Started working on it till now. Previously it was rejected many times due to Low-value Content(6 times) After I redesigned the website, I got a policy violation 3 Times.

it’s hard to sell a site without adsense that has no to negligible traffic. Although you can sell your third site that has 60 articles.
try FB flipping groups, ask for $500, and then negotiate.

If I want to sell the third one for 1000$? So what should my path be to get this value for 3rd website ??

need good traffic, if you want $1000, either give it along with adsense, and the traffic should be 100-200/day.
if the site is making $1 a day, you’ll get a buyer who can buy it for $1000

You can try Ezoic if you are not getting AdSense… And try to add more informative articles, so traffic can increase!

Once you get traffic, earning will come automatic… And when your blog start earning, you can sell it easily

I tried Ezioc in December 2023 But is said you are not following Google Adsense policy. At that time it showed low-Value content. That I fixed in Jan 2024

You can re-apply… Maybe this time you will get approval!

In Ezioc? In Jan I applied again for AdSense approval It was rejected due to Policy Violation.
