Hello vikash sir,
Ye mera blog post ki keyword density hai 0.19, aur ab isse jyada muje nahi smjh aa rha kaise keywords ko put karu kyuki jaha jaha karna tha maine kar diya.
Blog post 3700 words ka hai. Agar me is blog post me key density 0.19 hi rehne du to chalega? Ya fir aur improve karna hoga…
Please ek idea bata dijiye ki atleast kitne keywords ko kitne article words ke sath put karna chahiye??

Don’t focus on Rank Math checklist.
For keyword density, use enough keywords and don’t overuse them.
Use main keyword in first or second paragraph. Try to include main keyword in remaining part of the article in few places. Also use main keyword in title and in heading.
You can include secondary keywords in sub-headings and in the text.

placing keywords in the article is important, but keyword stuffing is not a healthy practice.
You have written an article of 3700 words. Now if you go according to Rankmath, you have to include keywords at least 37 times to fulfill its requirement of 1%.
Now it depends on the article. If your article demands for it, you should include it, if you think its not necessary and the article is conveying the meaning you want to convey then leave it like this.
Placing keywords in an article lets Google understand what this article is all about.
For example, if your article is about “Mileage of Audi Q7” and this is your keyword, use it where it requires, include it in headings and title.
and use related keywords around this main keyword, this is more important.
Let google know it is about a ‘mileage’ of a ‘car’ which is ‘Audi’. So find keywords related to it.
Also similar words related to car, audi, mileage, auto, fuel, parts, specs, etc.

No keyword density does not matter but placing a keyword is really important to help the Google to understand what your content is all about.
So, what does this mean?
Placing a keyword means you should include it where it fits naturally and doesn’t impact the user experience. After all, we write content to serve our users, not just for ranking purposes.
According to RankMath, in your 3700-word article, you need to include the keyword about 37 times to meet the 1% requirement.
However, from my experience, instead of focusing on keyword density and checking such tools, you should focus on adding variations of the keyword that cover the overall search intent of the user.
For example, if you’re writing about how to make coffee, you shouldn’t only focus on including your main keyword. You should also find related keywords and include them in different parts of your article.
For reference, you can follow the on-page SEO checklist from Backlinko: Backlinko On-Page SEO. I’ve been using this guide for a long time, and it has helped me optimize my articles.
