The thing is, when I publish a new article, it goes to 1st page.
But When I update that article its ranking is down.
I thought that updating the article improve the ranking, but in my case, it is happening opposite.
what should I do, so that my ranking won’t affect if I update my article?
If your article contains all the necessary information that a reader needs, then don’t update it.
And it’s not necessarily true that updating articles will automatically improve their rank on Google.
Only update when necessary, when you feel that some extra information is missing or needs to be added.
I think you may be making a mistake by adding unnecessary things while updating articles, etc.
You do not need to update your article after every few days. Update when necessary and after writing 40-50 articles.
Check if there is any new info, or if you are missing something in your article. Check your competitors why they are ranking high, and what’s missing in your site and update accordingly.
Add Faq to rank better, if your competitors have added. Provide better info, include tables, images, infographics, these will all contribute in your article ranking.
