For FAQs need use plugin or Google consider FAQ data from our blog post

You need to use an FAQ plugin, google won’t pick it up on its own. Also, FAQs are considered a good ranking factor.
If it is required, use FAQs in your articles.
There are many plugins you can use to add FAQs, But I would suggest you use the Rankmath plugin as it is easy to use and you do not need to add any other extra plugin.
