How can we create backup websites for regular income?

Firstly I want to thank vikash bhai because of him after 2 years I am in right track of blogging…

Here I have some questions… How can we create a regular income from blogging ? After flipping sites how can we prepare our backup websites which gives us monthly income…??

As per my experience,

  1. Working on a niche is the best bet.
    Also choose a niche which has least competition and great for evergreen Content.
    Evergreen content needs one time effort but stays relevant for users for long time.

  2. It’s a saying that “don’t keep your eggs in the same basket.”
    Keep working on different blogs, 500 traffic each on 10 blogs is always better than 5k traffic on 1
