How I flipped a site with just 38 posts or so for $8,500

Niche: Education (I’ll not reveal more data.)

Income source: Amazon affiliate + Share a sale

Target: USA/Canada

AVG. monthly revenue: USD 240/mo (Last 3 months $349.33)

Almost all of my main keywords were in 8 to 20 positions!

If I had simply worked on them for 6 months or so, it could have made a monthly avg. of $1000 or more.

Why I flipped it?

• I was running out of cash. I needed to cash out ASAP.

So, I was a noob when it came to Amazon affiliates, So I have added maximum Money related posts, something like best Xyz, best XYZ in 2022, etc…

I didn’t know about adding informative content.

I had barely add 5/6 informative posts.

There were only 3/4 posts that used to bring the most money!

Backlinks:

I used AHREFS and copied my competitor’s link-building strategy!

Most of the links were as follows:

and whatever the competitor has made, I have tried to replicate the same.

Domain used:

Was it an expired domain?

No

Partial matching domain:

I.e.

Main keyword + Other informative keyword.com

Content:

I was not a good content writer, so I outsourced most of my content.

The content structure was something like this:

Intro (100 words)

table

product title

image

content

pros & cons

buy now

and in the last conclusion

It has been 4 years since I flipped the site, and that one is doing far more awesome than before.

I have also flipped the other 3 sites with big numbers, 6 figures!

If I get 1k likes on this one, I will share those case studies + will, make a video, and post it on Youtube!

Q2) How much time did you have on this site? (Counting from scratch, I mean from buying domain till flipping the site, how much time)

Q3) Did you use a paid Ahrefs keyword tool for research?

And why you are so much curious about paid tools?

Tools wont help you until you don’t understand the basics.

Bro I’m curious about paid tools because many a times it has happened that people have advised me to use paid tools if possible. Some people even told me that free tools will not get you anywhere. However I agree with your reply. I will try to learn skills first👍🏻
