  2. where i can post blogs , made categories in two languages

  3. thumbnail, basic seo , Custom changes

  4. promote his courses, (some times)

He wants to pay me on monthly basis what should i charge him ? How much i ask for advance ?

There is no fixed formula for pricing.

but what you can do is, find your value on an hourly basis.

Let’s say considering your hourly value is 500 INR.

Then two aspect

  1. Fixed monthly price
    How much time you are going to spend on this project daily?
    Example: 2 hours daily.
    25 working days: means 50 hours in a month.

So the entire month price will be 25k, when considering your hourly value of 500 INR, working 2 hours daily for 25 days.

(Adjust the hourly value, time )

  1. Fixed price for the entire project

Figure out, how many hours are required to complete this project.

Lets say in 1 month you can complete this, by working 5 hours daily.

So total hour will be 30x5 = 150 hours.
Hourly value of yours is 500 Rs.

So fixed price will be 75000 INR.

Based on this, adjust your value and time, and then quote for the project.
