I have a Client, we have done his website SEO and most of our main keywords are ranking in top 10. But conversion rate is zero there are no calls, no form submissions. Now, What Can I do to Generate Leads and Conversions???

Are you getting traffic?
If no traffic then how can you get the leads and call.
Try Google my business listing as well.

Yes, Sir there is traffic , major portion of traffic is on brand name and then other ranking keywords, total 200+ kws ranking and 16 in top 10. There is traffic but no conversions, website is related to construction services in one of the towns in Louisiana, can i share website link??? If you look it once and then suggest me some good points, i will be v grateful.

The site is not well optimized for leads.
Focus on user experience based site.
Check competitor site.
And then make changes accordingly.

Already told brother, find 3-4 competitors.
Check how they are doing, and then you can implement similar to your site.
