Please tell me how to sell a website with full procedure. What about email id and password.
My website is about tech and all 34 articles are indexed but i used my personal email for logging on WordPress dashboard.

If you are getting good traffic and generating revenue, then list on a platform like motion invest or flippa,
if not, then sell in a FB group.
let me know where you want to sell, will tell the procedure.
My all posts are indexed but no traffic. So FB is only option i think.
is the adsense approved on the site?
We sell something for money.
And for getting money we need to provide something valuable.
Same goes with Website.
Website should be valuable then you will get buyer.

If there is some earnings then chances are very high you can sell.
If still you don’t have traffic
Then you can have some other asset like Adsense approval with same domain.
Then you can sell that.
Where you can sell?
There are some website flipping platform like flippa, motion invest, you can sell there.
If you want quick buyer then you can sell in Facebook groups, but have deal using escrow.

Now come to procedure parts
Part 1: For flipping platform
You can make account their lets say flippa, submit your website details.
They do due diligence of your blog or website and come up with pricing.
Then you can list your site to sell.
They charge some listing fee.
And once your site got sold, they will charge success fee as well.
Part 2: Facebook Group
You just have to post your website details (traffic & income)
If some buyer is interested, you can sell them.
To avoid being scammed you can use escrow account.
Benefit is - you dont have to pay any listing fee.
Only escrow fee, which will be nominal.
Site transfer
Once deal done.
Download the backup of your site and send to buyer.
And do domain transfer from your domain dashboard( godaddy, namecheap, Hostinger).
