For domain:

You can transfer it to another person (if the buyer want to transfer in his account on the same registrar)…

Otherwise you can also transfer to another registrars, Just watch a tutorial about How to transfer a domain to another account or another registrar…

For Data:

Method #1: Take a full backup of the site and send it to the buyer… You can use plugins for the backup

Method #2: Give the website login credentials to the buyer and he can download all the data

And he/she will host the website on their hosting and import all the data

Are you selling on a platform like Motion Invest or Flippa? Or selling directly to a customer? Or selling via a dealer (broker)?

There are chances to be scammed, Do it through a broker (like flippingon.com), they charge a small fee.
