I sold a site without AdSense for ₹38,300 with the help of blogger Vikash

I bought an expired domain at a normal price, with Vikash bhai’s expired domain video helping me a lot in finding it.

I set up a site and started publishing content, with only around 15+ articles published initially. After 3 months, I sold this site for ₹38,300.

Keyword search - I extracted low competition keywords with the help of my other site, then started publishing them on the expired domain website. This helped me a lot because I knew which keywords people were searching for.

After some days, the site began ranking and started getting around 800+ daily traffic.

For AdSense, I tried to get it, but the content I published didn’t help me get AdSense approval.

Where I sold -
I joined a Facebook group (the group name, etc., Vikash bhai already shared in his video) and posted about it. I found a buyer from Pakistan.

How we deal-
Initially, I tried Escrow, but failed some verification processes. Then, I mentioned Vikash bhai to the buyer, suggesting he act as our mediator. After hearing Vikash bhai’s name, the buyer agreed to deal with me.

After that, we created a group and completed our deal.

Site details:

  • Niche: Education
  • Domain: Expired
  • DA: 10
  • Traffic: Daily 800+ from India
  • Price: ₹38,300

If a newbie try to make a blog on an expired domain and do what you did, then my question is: what will you suggest?

Thanks for sharing. It helps people have clear thinking and also inspires and motivates them. They begin to think, " If he can do it, why can’t I?" And this gets them out of fantasy and into the world of action.
