What should I do? I am running a blog, but i have less time, and also less knowledge about SEO, so should I hire someone for that? or should I learn SEO and do it myself?

Hiring someone can be the good options but before that you need to understand how SEO works otherwise you will not able to hire the right person.

But if you have the time I would recommend learn and start implementing on your website
