Outbound link should be No follow or do follow. If I am giving it to big sites like Instagram profile, wikipedia page and imdb post.

Wheather you use no follow or do follow, you first need to know the concept of link juise. If you don’t know, follow the backlink series created by vikash bhai.
I personally use no follow.
I know the concept of juice, but Someone said that you can give do follow link to big sites, It will also increase your authority that you are providing the right resource to the visitors. Overall It will be good to give a do follow link to big sites rather than giving a no follow
