Website redirecting to spam site

My website keep redirecting to other spam site,

I Checked

  1. wp-Option for spam url (but my site url is same there not effected )

2)installed wordfence plug-in. Scanned for Malware but not found any Malware.

  1. added Header security like content-privacy-policy, X-Frame-Options,
    strict-transport-security, etc.

  2. letast Php installed , Used Letast Tls

  3. i am not from coding background but tryed renaming plug-in names for misleading code and issues not solved.

Issue still not solved. Even not any anti-virus or malware scanner catch the issue .(not find effective youtube video, may be i dont identify the issue correctly or not Know the Name of Problem )

If any one facing same problem then tell me in depth process, i can repeat the process

Where i suppose to check at rankmath redirection or at enter phpmy admin section ?

At Rankmath Redirection section nothing is suspicious.
