Id recommend going for corporate retired 2nd hand laptops initially.
Once you start making a stable income, then only buy a new one.
I bought a laptop last year, it’s dell Latitude, i5 7th gen, 16Gig Ram, 256SSD just in 17k… Works like a charm.
So long story short, buy new one only when you feel like you can afford 1st hand. 2nd hands are not a problem at all.
