That is the correct process to begin with blogging,

You can publish all articles at once, that’s not an issue if you have already written 15 articles.
Keep the consistency. Suppose you are planning to write one article a day and publish it. Then maintain this.

Now, submitting in the console is up to you. Let some keywords start ranking on Google then submit.
Even if you don’t submit it in the console, that’s fine.
I am working on a site, written 70+ articles, not yet been submitted in the console, as I didn’t find any need till now.
