Direct traffic will not impact your site but if you have Adsense ads on site, it may be cause ad limit on your site.

If your website have AdSense ads, direct traffic can cause ad limit on your blog… If you are using ADX or Ezoic etc, direct traffic will not impact anything!
If your blog is about Health,
and you are driving traffic from Crypto Groups. Such direct traffic is unsafe 
But if you are sharing your post in health, weight loss, Diet Groups. Then such direct traffic is safe. 
Remember: Never do Oversharing even if it is safe.
