How I Sold My Automated Website for ₹35,000

Hello everyone! Today, I will share that how I sold my fully automated site for ₹35,000.

Website Details

The website I sold was about gaming which is related to results and numbers, where most of the sites were updated manually so therefore I built a plugin that automated these updates, like showing daily results automatically.

At the very beginning, the site had daily traffic of around 20+ visitors. After implementing the automation, the traffic increased to over 400+ daily visitors.

AdSense

I applied for AdSense and got approved. But, I was quiet disappoint with the CPC and RPM , so I decided to sell the site.

How I Sold the Website

I spoke to some of my friends online, and one of them was ready to buy it for ₹25,000. I felt that this amount was a bit low for the website.

Then I decided to post it on Facebook and started posting it in Facebook groups and found a Pakistani buyer who was ready to buy it for ₹35,000. I was satisfied with the decent amount so I further makes a deal with him.

Payment Method

The buyer wanted to pay via PayPal, but I wasn’t comfortable with this. So, I involved a friend who deals with PKR to INR and INR to PKR conversions.

I informed the buyer that I had someone who could receive PKR, and he agreed to this arrangement.

Final Deal

The buyer initially wanted to make a half payment first, but I don’t want a half payment firstly.

So, I created a group with my three trusted individuals: Vikash Bhai, my friend and a Pakistani buyer I had recently made a deal with. And the buyer was ok with it.

The buyer made the full payment to my friend, after which I transferred the domain, AdSense account, and website files to the buyer.

Then, my friend transferred the payment to me in INR.

So, this is the full story of how I successfully sold my automated website for ₹35,000.

Congratulations bro. Inspiring case study.

Happy to see sites are being sold via dva…i myself tried several times to sell my site but the buyer always wanted to pay in instalments which I’m not comfortable with.
