To make money, you have to provide some kind of value.

So secondly think, about which value you can provide to your audience.
It was easy for me to choose because I was an expert in blogging and SEO, so I thought, I could teach blogging & SEO better.
Same think about you, what can you do?
Teaching, dancing, educating, comedy, entertainment, coding, kids video, there are thousands of Youtube niches, on which you can work.
Third point - Provide better content.
4th - Do some audience research, on what they are looking for. you can do it by keyword research or the youtube auto-suggestion feature.
5th - Check what your competitors are doing. and try to provide something better than them.
6th - Make a high-quality video, with good-quality sound.
7th - The title should be catchy, but don’t mislead.
8th - Make a good-looking thumbnail.
