hello @Yashraj I have a AdSense-approved approved website with ($38) balance in adsense. and I wanted to sell my site.

articles - 10-15 articles (20+ unpublished article of other nieche)
Niche- smart home
Traffic- I don’t get traffic too much (5-7 visitors per day)
domain age - 1 year 10 month
adsense - approved with $38 balance

and my site is not ranking in any specific keyword

@Yashraj or anyone please estimated my website price so i can sell and help me to sell my site via FB group

15 articles are fewer, otherwise, you could have tried motion invest. You can ask 25k in FB groups. You may get 20-25k.

search flipping sites in fb, post your site details in all the groups, people will reach out to you.
Always make payment via escrow to avoid any scam.
